• STEMS (Pro / Ultimate Licenses): You'll also receive the STEMS (separated tracks) of the instrumental in WAV format. I chose to offer an "Ultimate" license with high caps (1,000,000 streams, 10,000 copies/downloads) rather than a truly unlimited license. This choice was made for legal reasons: a non-exclusive license with no limit at all on usage rights creates ambiguity about what is actually guaranteed, which can be problematic in the event of a dispute.

If your track ever exceeds the caps set by the Ultimate license, rest assured: your track will never be threatened or removed from platforms in any way. A solution will always be found amicably between us. Depending on the circumstances, negotiating exclusive rights to the instrumental can actually be a reasonable option to consider together.
