Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)<\/h2>\n

1. Purpose<\/h3>\n

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of usage licenses for musical instrumentals via the website www.breezyjanuary.com<\/strong>. Any purchase implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n

2. Products<\/h3>\n

The products sold are non-exclusive licenses (\"Basic\", \"Standard\", \"Pro\", \"Ultimate\") for musical compositions in digital format.<\/p>\n

The buyer may use the instrumental according to the terms of use specified in the license. However, the instrumental remains available for sale to other artists.<\/p>\n

Breezy January retains the intellectual property of its compositions as well as its copyright and publishing rights, unless a custom contract has been established.<\/p>\n

All details regarding usage rights, limitations, delivered formats, and specific conditions for each license are available in the \"Licenses\" section of the site. A corresponding contract is automatically generated and sent to the buyer after each order.<\/p>\n

3. Pricing<\/h3>\n

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable \u2013 Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Users may select another currency (USD or CHF). Payment is made in a single installment via Stripe or PayPal.<\/p>\n

Payment is due in full at the time of order.<\/p>\n

4. Delivery<\/h3>\n

Files (MP3, WAV, separated tracks \u2013 depending on the license) are sent immediately after payment by email or via a secure download link.<\/p>\n

5. Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after payment.<\/p>\n

The buyer acknowledges expressly waiving this right. Any exceptional request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n

6. Intellectual Property and Restrictions<\/h3>\n

The buyer may not resell, transfer, or sublicense the purchased beats.<\/p>\n

It is strictly forbidden to register the beats with Content ID systems (YouTube, DistroKid, TuneCore, etc.).<\/p>\n

Breezy January retains all copyright and publishing rights, unless a specific contract states otherwise.<\/p>\n

Any breach will result in immediate cancellation of the license, without refund.<\/p>\n

7. Disputes<\/h3>\n

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, French courts shall have jurisdiction.<\/p>\n
